ALFI position paper on market integration and supervision package (MISP)

On 4 December 2025, the European Commission released its Market Integration and Supervision Package (MISP) which includes a proposed Master Directive amending UCITS Directive, AIFMD and MiFID, a proposed Master Regulation and a proposed Regulation on settlement finality amending Directive 2002/47/EC on financial collateral arrangements.

ALFI as the representative of the Luxembourg investment fund and asset management industry, welcomes the public consultation on the Savings and Investments Union and the Market Integration and Supervision Package and is pleased to hereby provide its views in this respect.
