ALFI responds to ESMA Consultation on “Short-Termism in Financial Markets”

The Consultation comprised a number of questions on a wide range of topics, some of which being strictly in the remit of portfolio managers, hence on which ALFI could not take position. Therefore, ALFI essentially focussed on Section I. (General Information), Section III. (ESG Factors), Section IV (Role of Fair Value) and Section VII (Use of CDS by Investment Funds).
