ALFI responds to ESMA’s call for evidence on the DLT Pilot Regime

On 4 March 2022, ALFI responded to ESMA’s call for evidence on the DLT Pilot Regime. The consultation covered MiFIR related aspects of the Pilot Regime. The objective of the call for evidence was to determine whether the MiFIR Regulatory Technical Standards (pre- and post-trade transparency and data reporting requirements) need to be amended in light of adoption of a distributed ledger technology.
