The nextgen of finance
One of the goals of the ALFI NextGen initiative is to get young professionals (or “the nextgeners”) closer to and more involved in the investment fund community,
Since September 2023, an increasing number of nextgeners have been benefiting from one of the concrete actions of the initiative: increasing their participation in ALFI working groups, conferences and other events. The chart on the right shows the evolution of their involvement in our events:
Summer students
We take students onboard over the summer period, with the purpose of offering a valuable hands-on experience of the business world.
The chart belo shows that we have recovered the participation levels of 2019, before the covid-19 pandemic crisis.
