Legal and Regulatory work

  • ALFI issued 59 publications including 37 position papers and comments on legislative and regulatory proposals
  • ALFI published seven technical guidelines and considerations and eight Q&A documents exclusive to our members, and four studies with unrestricted access
  • 1,800 members in over 200 ALFI Technical Committees and Working Groups.

Ukraine crisis

  • ALFI established an e-mail address to collect questions from ALFI members, and discuss them on a no-name basis with authorities
  • ALFI engaged in a dialogue with the CSSF with respect to the use of Liquidity Management Tools, which resulted in the publication of the CSSF’s FAQs.
