ALFI's corporate social responsibility

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) plays a key role at ALFI, forming an integral part of the association’s culture and global strategy. ALFI represents the interests of a financial industry worth over EUR 4,000 billion. Our ambition is to further enhance Luxembourg’s position as the international fund centre of reference, recognised as open, reliable and innovative by investors, policymakers and industry alike, and ALFI commits to ensuring the highest industry standards.

In 2017, we successfully renewed our Entreprise Socialement Responsable label by the National Institute for Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (INDR) which ALFI was first awarded in 2014. By joining the community of socially responsible organisations in Luxembourg we actively support the sustainable development, which we believe can only be achieved through an all-encompassing commitment: financial, social and ecological.

ALFI’s CSR policy is based on three pillars:

  • Commitment to the highest industry standards,
  • Active involvement of our members in everything we do and
  • Irreproachable internal management.

ALFI’s CRS strategy and policy are being closely supervised by our coordinator Adina Lupu.
