ALFI AIFMD brochure and flyer
The AIFMD brochure and flyer outline the main elements of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive. In November 2010, agreement was reached between the European Council and the European Parliament on the final form of the AIFM Directive, which has now been formally adopted. It came into force on July 21 following publication in the Official Journal of the European Union on July 1.
